Here there are 2 choices depending on the control module software of the box. Now perform the setting on Transmission Tolerances Synch.
It doesn't say how long to leave it on for so i just did it for 30 secs per setting. First thing to do is to reset the Transmission Tolerances Engaged Calibration. This will now give you the temp of the box. To do this select Measuring Blocks and then in the first box type and press enter or click go. I took mine for a 10 minute drive to get it up to temp. For this procedure you need to have the engine running. However if you have not done the Basic Settings before then reading through that it can seem a bit daunting.
